Orders are delivered within 48/72 hours (L-V working days) from the customer receiving an email confirming acceptance of their payment*, as long as there are items in stock. If this is not the case, we will contact you to find the best solution.

The customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to exercise his right to return if for any reason he is not satisfied.

The goods must arrive at the LASMONAS.ES in their original packaging and in perfect condition. It is necessary to send us an e-mail to: to inform us that you want to make the return and we will send you a return number immediately. No refund is accepted without this number.

Any return must be accompanied by its original documentation. Once the return order has been received and verified that it is in good condition, LASMONAS.ES will proceed to refund the amount of the returned goods, by bank transfer to the account you have indicated to us, within a maximum period of 15 days.

The costs of shipping and collecting the returned products are borne by the customer, unless it is a return of defective products or for an erroneous shipment.
